Care

How should I wash my knitwear?
Hand wash only in lukewarm water (Below 30 degrees) with a mild detergent. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or hang — this can cause stretching or misshaping.

Can I machine wash it?
No — machine washing may damage the structure of the cotton knit. To maintain the shape and quality, always hand wash.

Materials & Fit

What are your pieces made from?
Our sets are made from 100% cotton knit — breathable, structured, and soft on the skin.

Do the pieces stretch?
The fabric has minimal stretch. Each piece is designed with a close fit, so please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

Do you offer custom sizing or designs?
We don’t offer custom pieces at this time. All items are sold as listed.

Shipping

Which courier do you use?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

How long will delivery take?
Once your item has been dispatched:

• UK orders: 1 working day (Special Delivery)

• International orders: 4–6 working days (International Tracked)

Will I get tracking?
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing — please check the size chart or reach out with any questions before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We assess return or refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Items that have been worn or damaged after arrival are not eligible.
